NetWorld to invest USD 10 Million at Summit Technopolis

NetWorld Holdings signed an agreement with Summit Technopolis to build a facility that will print Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) Cheque Book in the two acres land at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Kaliakoir Gazipur.

Under this agreement, Summit Technopolis, a company of Summit Group will provide related infrastructural support to NetWorld Holdings for an outlay of about USD 1 million investment initially to be raised up to USD 10 million in phases. The plant is likely to commence operation by early 2020.

The agreement signing was witnessed by the Honorable State Minister of ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP, Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Hosne Ara Begum ndc, Vice Chairman of Summit Group Farid Khan, Director of Summit Group Fadiah Khan along with other senior officials.
