Md. Baitul Amin Bhuiyan

Md. Baitul Amin Bhuiyan is the Managing Director of Summit Technopolis Limited since June 2022 as well as the Managing Director of Summit Assets Limited. Mr. Amin also serves as the Advisor to the Summit Corporation Limited, the holding company of all power assets of Summit Group, since February 2018.

In his 30 years of distinguished career in the government of Bangladesh, his last position was Additional Secretary in the Power Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MPEMR). As Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Shipping, he administered the operational activities of sea ports in addition to the land ports of the country. During his government service he was involved in policy formulation, project identification and multi-million dollar project implementations. During the field services he was intensively involved in land management and administration. Mr. Amin had begun his career in 1988 as the Assistant Commissioner & Magistrate.
